Returns & Refunds

At MK Hair Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We're happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist to make things right.

Please note:

​

- Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.

- We do not offer refunds for services already performed.

- Product returns may be accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original condition with receipt

We always strive to ensure you leave loving your hair!

Deposits for Booking:

A 50% deposit is required for services over $100 and will be applied to your final total. Deposits can be made online through Fresha, in-salon, or via e-transfer. If you'd like to pay by e-transfer, please call the salon for the payment details.

No Show Policy:

Please note that missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and other clients. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.

If changes are made with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be retained to help cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
