At MK Hair Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We're happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist to make things right.

Please note:

- Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.
- We do not offer refunds for services already performed.
- Product returns may be accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original condition with receipt.

Deposits for Booking:
A $100 deposit is required for services priced at $100 or more. The deposit will be credited toward your total service cost!

After you book online, one of our team members will contact you to request the deposit payment.
No Show Policy:
We would like to inform you that our no-show policy requires a 50% charge for missed appointments. This policy is in place to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. By enforcing this policy, we are able to maintain the high level of service and availability that you expect from us.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be retained. This helps us cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment.
We understand that not all events are planned, and we truly appreciate your understanding when these situations arise.
