Service Refinements & Product Policy

At MK Hair Studio, your happiness means everything to us. We want you to leave feeling confident and truly loving your hair. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

We’re happy to provide a complimentary refinement with your original stylist to adjust and perfect your service.

A Few Helpful Notes:

Refinements must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment.
Refinements are intended to enhance or adjust the original service and do not include a change to a different style, cut, or colour.
Product exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, with receipt, and items must be in their original condition.

We truly value your trust and appreciate the opportunity to care for your hair. Our goal is always for you to walk out feeling your absolute best.

Deposits for Booking

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required for services over $100. This deposit will be applied toward your final total on the day of your visit.

Deposits can be made conveniently:

Online through Fresha
In-salon
Via e-transfer

If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please call the salon and we’ll be happy to provide the payment details.

Thank you for understanding — deposits allow us to reserve dedicated time just for you and ensure we can provide the best possible service to every guest!

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest.

Appointments adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as that time has been specifically reserved for you.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and always appreciate open communication. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly. We truly value the time reserved for every guest and look forward to welcoming you to MK Hair Studio.

Missed Appointments

If an appointment is missed without notice, the deposit will be forfeited, as that time was reserved especially for you.

We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the appointment to another guest. Missed appointments impact our stylists and other clients who may be waiting for availability.

In the case of repeated missed appointments, future bookings may be limited or declined. This helps us ensure we can continue providing reliable scheduling and dedicated service to all of our guests.
